Class Format

Sample Class is as follows (please note that each class will be unique)

5:45: Arrive and warm up
6:00: Squat and lunge combo
6:05: Cardio drills (jacks, jogging, jump rope)
6:10: Push ups, dips, core strength
6:15: Cardio drills (jacks, jogging, jump rope)
6:20: Core strength, balance, stretching
6:30: Departure

All levels will be accomodated.
